Parents Corner - Information for parents
Get your student's pharmacy needs taken care of now. How? Just fill out our New Patient Form and have a copy of your insurance card ready to bring or fax to the pharmacy. We find that many students don't have their pharmacy insurance cards with them when they get sick and need to fill a prescription. To avoid delays, visit us while you're at Camp War Eagle and we will establish your student's account. We hope that your student doesn't get sick, but when they do... we're here to help.

Prescription Filling
The pharmacy accepts prescriptions from any physician (in-state or out-of-state) not just AU Medical Center physicians.
Every patient receives detailed counseling from an experienced licensed pharmacist for every prescription.
We also provide education for students with special conditions like diabetes or asthma.  For your convenience, we provide several billing options and accept many insurance plans.

Bursar Billing
The pharmacy can bill prescriptions and OTC's (over-the-counter products) to your E-Bill account. When you receive your E-Bill, the charges will be labeled either "AU Pharmacy Prescription" or "Nonprescription Drug".

OTC's (Over the Counter Products)
From Tylenol to Band-Aids the pharmacy has a wide selection of over-the-counter medications and products for your convenience. If the pharmacy does not have the OTC's you want, we can order it and have it in the next business day. The pharmacy also can bill OTC's to your E-Bill.
