Scholarship Golf Tournament was held on Friday, October 25 at The
Moore's Mill Golf Club in Auburn. The tournament was designed to
facilitate interaction of HSOP faculty, administration, and students
with Alumni and Corporate sponsors. Sponsors included Rite Aid, CVS,
Turenne
PharMedco, Walsh Dohman, El Lilly & Co., Dr. Paul Jungnickel, Dr.
Bill Ravis, and Dr. Keith Campagna. Forty-one students were able to play
at no cost due to the generous support of the sponsors. Net proceeds
from the tournament provided over $7500.00 for the HSOP Scholarship
Fund. A scramble format was used and an alumni team of Charles Wright,
Harvey Jones, Drayton Green, and Tim Watkins are congratulated for
posting the best score. Dr. Chris Finch won the putter for closest to
the pin on the par 3 seventh hole.
Also, a live continuing education program was held the morning of the
tournament. Drs. Paul Jungnickel and Maggie Thrower delivered lectures
at the 2 hour session. There were over 25 registrants for C.E.
