Aubie with Matt Lopez, Jonathon Case, and Jim Allen.ver a hundred students, faculty, alumi and sponsors participated in the 8th Annual Harrison School of Pharmacy Scholarship Golf Tournament at Moore's Mill Golf Club on Friday, Sept. 24th. The players came to support a good cause, have a good time and put in a little practice on their golf game. Aubie was a very welcomed surprise guest, adding to the enjoyment of the event as only Aubie can. Eleven pharmacists also registered for the C.E. Program held earlier that morning at the Grove Hill Community Clubhouse.

The Team Rankings  Were as Follows:

1st Place Net: Bryan Walker, JT Leatherwood, Charles Gray and Brett Enabnit

2nd Place Net: Tyler Gustman, Kelsey Slocum, Lauren Street and Stephen Cocharan

3rd Place Net: Brian Sweatt, Tyler Bowen, Scott Cornelius and Curt Eddy

1st Place Gross: Mike Vinson, Mike O'Connor, Carl Bledsoe and Chris Phung

2nd Place Gross: Charles Wright, Harvey Jones, Tim Watkins and David Manors

3rd Place Gross: Matthew Bishop, Sam Wilcox, Paul Jungnickel and Lee Evans

Closest to the Pin: Sid Beasley

Longest Drive: Heather Gentry

Putting Contest: New Auburn faculty member Dr. Marcelo Omelczuk.  He took home a beautiful print of the Auburn skyline donated by Anders Book store.

Hunter Peak hunterpeak@auburn.edu, Director of Development and Alumni Relations and Tournament Coordinator, reported receiving positive feedback from many participants. HSOP students will be the real benefactors however. The tournament raised approximately $5,000 in scholarship funds. Many people are responsible for making this year's tournament such a success. We couldn’t do it without them. Therefore the School wishes to thank the following:
