October 6, 2007, many Auburn pharmacists returned to the Plains to see
their team defeat Vanderbilt 35 to 7. You can bet AU flags were flapping
proudly in the wind as the usual stream of vehicles left the Auburn
Campus. But before War Eagle VII flew around the
stadium and the last
whistle signaled victory for the Tigers, another winning combination
took place on the grounds of the Harrison School of Pharmacy. Auburn
pharmacists were treated to the second tailgate event of the football
season sponsored by Walgreens. Because of the early game, breakfast fare
was served. A winning team, food, fun and the snap of
fall in the air always makes for a wonderful outing on the Auburn campus.
What better way to spend a football Saturday!
To commemorate the occasion, we are
featuring a slide show of photos from the Walgreens Tailgate event. Our thanks
to Walgreens for their generosity. Enjoy the
slide show and come join in the fun
as our sponsored tailgates continue through football season.
