September 15, 2007, Auburn pharmacists returning to their alma mater to
attend the AU\Mississippi State game were treated to a tailgate
event on the grounds of the Harrison School of Pharmacy. It was
sponsored by CVS Pharmacy. An abundance of hot dogs and hamburgers
sizzled on the grill and camaraderie among friends and colleagues was
the order of the day. Now it doesn't get much better than that
for an Auburn pharmacist football fan -- except when the team wins. The
closely contested loss that day did not dampen the spirits at the
pre-game tailgate, however. We extend thanks on behalf of the School to
CVS for hosting this event and helping everyone who attended get ready
to cheer their team on, win or lose.
