Batt's Apothecary prides itself for setting up a compounding laboratory that can serve its community by compounding almost every prescription the pharmacy is presented. It also has facilities to compound IV's for use outside of the hospital setting, for example programs like Hospice and home health care take advantage of this service. The pharmacy serves to supply seven nursing homes, one of which Batt's Apothecary is sole provider of medications.
