Dan Buffington Pharm. D. has developed a way to deliver Pharmaceutical care based on a medical practioner model. Clinical Pharmacology, is located in a private office in a medical complex. There is no dispensing, just one on one patient care, and consulting. Mr. Buffington meets with every pateint and discuses their medicine. He helps set the patients up on a routine. He deals with patients with all types of disease states. Mr. Buffinton is the only pharmacist and he is assisted with a staff of six. Every patient makes an appointment. Some patients come in only once and others who have to be monitered more closely come in more often. Mr. Buffingtons patients are referred to him by Physicians, pharmacists and other patients.
