Briefly describe innovation

My inovation has more to do with practice style than reimbursement. We have moved from and traditional style of pharmacy to an office style of practice. With features such as a waiting area for patients, reception desk, and private consultation rooms. For the convenience of our older patients and people with small children we have also included a drive up service window. We specialize in compounded medications and are finding a great demand from physicians and patients for specialized medications.
