Briefly describe innovation

Davis currently works in a traditional pharmacy setting. In his pharmacy practice, Davis takes referrals from physicians are the local clinic, and these patients are counseled on proper use of their medication. Davis spends as much time with the patient as is needed, which is usually about ten minutes. The patients medical record are readily accessible to the pharmacy by a phone call to the patient's clinic. When the situation calls for a change in the drug therapy, Davis notifies the patient's physician and recommends a different regimen.
