Center for pharmaceutical care education and outcome research--In conjunction with Northeastern University's Bowe College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, the center provides walk-in and scheduled therapy/disease management counseling by clinicians.

Clozapine Monitoring Services acting as agent of physician and QA chair for all systems, authorizes weekly dispensing of Clozapine per FDA/Sandoz requirements; notifies physician of significant changes in bloodwork, verifies weekly results and reports same to physician and National Registry; implements dose changes per physicians request; provides information regarding appropriate responses to adverse drug reactions and side effect questions via unique databases; participates in MedWatch program. Services helps increase patients compliance, reduce physician and dispensing pharmacist paperwork.
