Division of Pharmacy--Director. Dave Gaugh has a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and has been working in this field for twenty years. He has been the director at St. Luke's for nine years. His job consists of 100% administrative work. As of now he directs four hospital pharmacies, but will be responsible for a fifth one in 1997. St. Luke's contains 600 beds with an average of 360 beds filled per day. The three other hospitals contain 80 beds with an average of 45 beds filled per day. All four hospitals are located in the greater Kansas City area. He is allowed 65 million dollars per year for full-time employment. He uses 12 million dollars per year for commodities. As director, he has a staff for implementation of all pharmacy activities.
