Innovative practice includes patient referrals for physicians. Patient Care Clinic offers patient services such as patient evaluation, patient monitoring, and education on disease state management which includes cholesterol screening, diabetes screening, hormone replacement, and other disease states. Patient Care Clinic has two offices. One office is located in City Pharmacy where the pharmacist sees the patient. The other office is Doctor Clinic Family Practice Group where four physicians see patients.
