Wellness intervention department-called the "Wellstore". The objective: Healthier Population

Plan: Provide information and products to patients to facilitate a more healthy lifestyle.

Goal: Individual optimal lifestyle, tailored to the individual in a cooperative effort with the physician, dietician, nurses, etc.

Method of Reimbursement

Reimbursement rate: Currently product driven-Documentation of benefit will be neccessary to qualify for customer reimbursement.

Is documentation required? Yes Will be available by 1/96- in software package

Specialized training required? Yes Current knowledge of Micronutrient Technology--herbal remedies, etc.

Software/instrumentation required? Yes Software still in Beta Testing--projected to be complete by Jan 1996.
