Amy R. Donaldson, Pharm.D., BCPS, is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy. She joined the faculty at Auburn University in July 2001.She received her B.S. in Pharmacy and Pharm.D. from Auburn University. Following her Pharm.D., she completed two years of post-doctoral residency training. A Pharmacy Practice Residency At DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama followed by a Rural Primary Care Residency sponsored by Rural Alabama AHEC and Auburn University based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and serving West Alabama. Dr. Donaldson teaches in the Pharmacotherapy modules at Auburn University and has a clinical practice in Primary Care located in Huntsville, Alabama. She precepts doctor of pharmacy students on their Primacy Care rotations. She also serves as the clinical pharmacist for the UAB Family Medicine Residency Program. Her areas of interest include hyperlipidemia and diabetes.
