Abhishek Pillai was born in 1981 in Port Blair, India. He is currently a Masters student in the Department of Pharmacy Care Systems. He completed his Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from Dr.M.G.R.Medical University, Chennai, India in 2002. Later he worked in Pfizer (India) for a year in the department of pharmaceutical marketing. His research interests include assessing the impact of healthcare providers’ behavior on treatment adherence and developing strategies for improving adherence. His hobbies include listening to music and reading books on philosophy.
