Destini Thornton is a graduate student in the medicinal chemistry option at the Harrison College of Pharmacy. She is from Columbus Georgia and has a deep interest in the interactions of molecules in the body. During her undergraduate time at Columbus State University, her research focused on the interaction of benzothiazole derivates with cell models in hopes to provide more information on the treatment of ALS. In her free time, she likes to watch movies, travel and shop.
