Missy Du Toit serves as the Human Resources Generalist for the Harrison School of Pharmacy. She joined Auburn in May 2020 after more than 20 years in private industry working for companies in the professional services, software development and manufacturing industries.
Du Toit has significant experience working with start-up companies establishing and developing the human resources function. In her role as HR Generalist, she administers human resources programs and processes, which include employee relations, recruitment, human resources information systems, benefits & payroll administration, legal compliance, and employee training and development to support HSOP operations.
Du toit is a native of Auburn and attended Auburn University. After college, she relocated to Atlanta where she lived and worked for many years before moving back to her home town with her husband, Ralf, and two children, Caroline and Alyssa.
