Allison Guy is the nurse practitioner for the State Wellness Center. She joined the staff on April 10, 2014. In that position, she is charged with assessing, diagnosing and treating acute illness in patients.
An Auburn graduate, Guy earned her B.S. in Nursing in 1998. She went on to earn a master's in nursing and a certificate as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2005.
Prior to joining the SEIB, she worked as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner in the emergency room at Baptist Health. She also served as a nurse practitioner with Physical Express.
A native of Tallassee, she and her husband, Will, have two children: Spencer and Emerson.
