Strategic Planning Process
In 2024, the Harrison College of Pharmacy engaged in a comprehensive process to build a new strategic plan. Building off Auburn University's pillars of exceptional student experience, a culture of excellence and innovation, and impactful research and scholarship, the college developed a path to move the college forward.
Throughout this process, HCOP engaged both internal and external constituents to provide a voice during this extensive process. Opportunities to engage came through constituent engagement sessions, input from the Dean's Leadership Council, more than 50 focus groups, surveys, 1-on-1 engagement, and intensive sessions during the annual Faculty and Staff Development Conference.
