Iva Durdanovic is a dedicated Ph.D. candidate in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Auburn University and a Presidential Graduate Research Fellow. Durdanovic's academic journey began with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Alabama, where she also developed a strong foundation in research methodologies while working as an undergraduate student researcher. Her research delves into cognitive impairments associated with brain disorders, utilizing innovative techniques such as microelectrode arrays and advanced microscopy to study neural dynamics and synaptic function.
