Sneha Gaonkar am a Ph.D. student at conducting research in the Department of Health Outcomes Research and Policy at the Harrison College of Pharmacy. Prior to entering the Ph.D. program, she managed end-to-end Individual Case Safety Reporting (ICSRs) in various therapeutic areas including biologics and immunotherapy at IQVIA. She was also a certified trainer for these projects and a liaison between key stakeholders.
Gaonkar is also interested in research that involves adapting and testing emerging person-centered care services. She leans towards policies that are inclusive and collaborative of all stakeholders, while not limited to patient’s inputs in decision making context.
