Dean's Leadership Council

The Dean’s Leadership Council plays a pivotal role in guiding the Harrison College of Pharmacy, ensuring that programs of excellence in pharmaceutical education are both sustained and advanced.

Formerly called the Dean’s Advisory Council, the group was re-named once Dean Leigh Ann Ross joined the college, emphasizing HCOP’s long history of developing leaders and the critical role it has as the college moves forward.

The Council was active in the past year, advising and contributing to the process of developing HCOP’s strategic plan. With the plan now complete, it will actively review the implementation of the college’s strategic plan.

Comprised of Auburn alumni and friends, the council collaborates to support and drive the vision and objectives of the Harrison College of Pharmacy. Council members convene semi-annually to provide valuable advice and insight, dedicated to the college’s mission and operations.

As active and valued members of the pharmacy community, council members demonstrate an unwavering commitment to elevating the college to new heights of excellence.

They are instrumental in shaping innovative curricula, advancing life-changing research, and leading impactful health outreach programs. Additionally, they play a key role in securing private support to further the college’s mission of improving global health outcomes.
